Need some advice on what to do. I work in Detroit parks as part of a program. There were multiple shootings this morning 3 people were killed and the killer is on the loose (as of now). I didn’t know this this morning before I went to work, but if I did I wouldn’t have come in. I told my boss I am done working at any parks due to this and there is only 1 last week of this job. An additional “park” is downtown. I have asked to solely work downtown until that closes at the end of September. My boss is saying if I don’t work this week, he will take that as my resignation. I disagreed and said I’m not resigning as I want to finish the month out downtown. Any recommendations or suggestions? Thanks
