Been working here for 3 years. Nobody talks to me or communicates with me. I have no idea what is going on in my department over half the time. When I try to help i get yelled at by management, when I dont help enough I get yelled at. I have been forced to do more administration level work for Fast food level pay. I have a mental disorder and this job is not helping me. I think about killing myself several times a week. Does it get any better? I am actively looking for a new job and I am going to take the next offer I can get.
