Job negotiated with me for OT hours getting paid

So I’m working in MA, and I am under a salary contract. Before y’all go ahead and claim I am not entitled to OT, it is not true in MA, and any hours worked over 40 in a week is to be compensated for time and a half. We do also get a monthly bonus, but that was guaranteed to us. So basically to put it short, our manager had asked us to stay on for an extra hour during evening shifts, and that we would be paid for these hours over a month ago in OT, as they were in fact OT. Today, we get paid again, and for my last 3 paychecks, working 3 hours of OT per week, I have not been paid a single penny more. I asked my manager yesterday about this, and basically told me that due to me being salary, and that we get a bonus that I am exempt from that pay…. I immediately was so furious by this statement I nearly walked out for the day and wanted to say “then the company can pay me to take today and my next shift off since 12-16 of OT hours I’ve worked are being refused to be paid.”

Instead, I got the billing guys number, tried texting him about this, and he refused and only wanted to call… so I lost out on what he actually told me…. But he never stated ANYTHING about me being exempt from being paid these hours…. I told him I had over 10 hours of unpaid OT, and basically asked me if I was willing to take 4 hours of OT pay, and stated that the ceo is trying to raise our bonuses and tried to convince me that this would suffice as that OT pay…. No, that bonus was guaranteed to me if I worked 40 hours a week….

Idk what to do, I reluctantly agreed to only get 5 hours of this pay… I want to call back and demand I be paid for what I am truly owed.

I also have a similar job being lined up, which I will be leaving this job for once i fully 100% have it lined up. I am being offered more money and more time off
