Why give 100%?, when they only give you 2% at the end of the year for performance evaluation. It should be mandatory that the raises match CEO level salary increases along with percentage of profits. The executives will still be rich enough to overindulge with twenty yachts and multiple vacation homes. Does anyone disagree?
