I was going to ask my General Manager what the meeting 5 weeks prior was about being that he said they were going to promote me to Level 3… but nothing since. His comments in a shit-show consult today regarding a pissed off customer pretty much sealed the deal for me. Technician and shop foreman failed their quality check and now I’m being faulted for their lack of oversight. Am I stupid for staying put?
