Basically my job requires 4 weeks notice for professional employees instead of 2 weeks. I don’t think I’ll be hired back, even though they have me a scholarship to pay for school (through a donor they had). The reason why is I’ve been experiencing racism and retaliation so I went to the local civil right commission and provided a statement. So is it even worth it ?
