I haven’t had a job since August of last year. I decided to go to school to change career paths but no one wants to hire me for the weekends. I used to work full-time.
Everyone says they need availability open, but I simply can’t. I tried everywhere, you name it. Target, Starbucks, Michaels, Ulta… Retail, Food Service, Cashier, etc. , Big Companies and Small ones. I applied at least to 30 locations in my area. Nothing.
I’m feeling pretty bad and I was wondering if anyone had ideas. Possibly a side gig… I’m desperate.
Really tired of people saying that no one wants to work. If they really needed people, they would hire me. We all know open availability means getting skeleton shifts and 12 hours a week anyway. What’s the big deal??
