I’ve seen many people post how they’ve applied to multiple jobs who are hiring over the course of MONTHS and never get a response from a single one. My employer is one of those and I just want to post my experience. The Registered Nurse at our company’s cardiology office quit at the end of August 2022. I am only a CMA and have been covering the position as well as I can since then. Really ONLY an RN is supposed to do the job… The office is under stress and gets behind easily. It is now almost February 2023 and there is no sign that an RN is going to be hired. Our employer interviewed ONE RN months ago and that’s it. The cardiology office has been under major stress because they won’t hire an RN to do the job… Nearly 6 months without hiring anyone !!! Why do employers do this?!! Even after us all telling our boss over and over again we are barely making it and DESPERATELY need an RN!!
