Lately my team manager has been giving me bad feedback every once in a while. I have acknowledged and asked about how to improve and if there is any actionable item. The manager's feedback is usually a rant about me and nothing actionable.
My actual reporting manager is MIA. I have tried reaching out to him to ask about feedback/discuss a team change or any way I could be “upto” the mark.
I have had self-doubts but always look back at the amazing companies I previously worked at and was able to excel.
I am sure I can improve something, but also at wits end on what to do about it.
I am applying for jobs meanwhile.
