Just almost died at work. No one told me I should go home

It wasn’t a workplace injury but I choked on a piece of chicken. For between 30 seconds and a minute I legitimately could not breathe. The intern was the only one around and I scared her half to death by pounding on the wall over and over again. She ran for help and in the mean time I was able to cough it up (all over the office but someone got it cleaned up before I could even get my bearings back). I’m lucky I work in a hospital. We had 4 security guards trained in first aid in the office in 10 seconds ready to do the Heimlich on me. It was about 20 minutes ago and I can’t stop crying. I just want to fucking go home.
