Hi guys first time posting here. I’ve worked for my workplace for over ten years now and just found out that my coworker who has the same title and responsibilities as me makes more than me and she has only been working here since last summer. I don’t know how to go about this.
My managers are a bunch of assholes who don’t care about our legitimate complaints and plays favorites and I’m not one of them so I don’t think talking to them is an option at all.
I’m only working here full time for a free tuition and only have til the end of next spring to graduate so I can’t exactly quit either, as much as I would love to…
