My supervisor is gone for yet another day. I have been here for a month with little to no training and have complained often about the situation, with barely any results.
The only time they finally got the hint was when she announced she’s leaving the end of this week last week.
Also, now apparently my supervisor(eight months working there) is holding up my training so she can get the training herself despite leaving. This made me livid because I have told HR that I was going to find a new job if they didn’t get their act together and they told me that I should not be trained if I was leaving but my supervisor can get all the training she wants when she’s leaving this week.
Also, while she’s gone students (college), come in and call and I have no idea how to help them. I finally was told last Friday that I can call my supervisor if needed, but she pretty much has been AWOL when she’s at home.
Seriously, the people are great and the work I know isn’t bad, but fuck the rest.
