So I'm just trying to enjoy my weekend and I get the call. The plant manager is who he is because his father left it to him. I asked him why I was terminated, and he said to have a nice day.
As are the laws in Canada I am expecting severance, termination and vacation pays. If he does no produce them, I'll be taking it to court.
Putting up with their incompetence and nepotism and now this. I probably can't, as I'd be labeled a disgruntled employee, but I'd love to report them for their multitude of safety infractions. The other employees there are fed up too. I hope shit flies.
