Just had an interview with In n' Out, had to wait almost 20 mins for the interview and it wasn't even the main manager who interviewed me but the second in charge. I am working at stadiums often so I am used to the busy environment, nothing new. Was polite, told him I want to advance on a manager level eventually and how I love how they care about their customers and how everyone is like a family. Things like that. He told me at the end that if I am hired I will receive a call or a rejection email.
It took like 10 mins, I received a rejection email. I was shocked. I was dressed professionally and nicely, I have been workint at stadiums and catering events and they still reject me.
