Just looking for a bit of confirmation

So I currently work as a manager of a vet clinic. I love my staff, and the job is pretty mellow. The docs are alright, but only really care about the business. I’ve been here for a year: they offer terrible insurance, no 401k (yet! I’m working on setting one up for my staff), and very little PTO. I’ve been here a year and only have 5 days of vacation. (There’s no sick time) I had a company reach out to me because they saw my resume and love my experience. I’ve passed two interviews and the final one is in a few days. This company offers way more pay, great benefits, closer to home, and offers wonderful PTO. It’s also 30 mins closer to me. I’m conflicted because I do love my job and I love my staff. I’m conflicted because I do love my job and I love my staff. I’ve worked hard to make sure they’re taken care of in this current job. They are my priority.

But it would be stupid to not take the new job right?
