I've been at my job for 2 years. I've expressed my desire to move up in the company since I started. I've been passed over numerous times for promotions and get paid significantly less than all my peers despite me doing the same work and having more years of experience. Not to mention there is little to no work life balance and for 4 months of the year it is common for me to not have a single day off and put in 70+ hours a week.
Finally decided I've had enough and found a job making more money, working less hours, with more room for growth.
I just submitted my resignation at my current job and boy does it feel amazing!!!
