I work at a Panera Bread. Management is mediocre and one of the managers creates a hostile work environment. I sent my resignation over text and claimed that inconsistant hours was the reason (it was part of the reason and I've been hounding then about it for the past month. Panera would send the schedule with barely a 72 hour notice. IE schedule today, next shift on new schedule was wednesday the 13th). My last day is tuesday evening. Gave a 60 hour notice
