The company in question is Ecolab. He had a personal phone number and a work phone number. Guess what happened when he put his work phone off on his days off. Yep, they called his personal number. There was ONE manager that he was actually fond of, and I was too because he treated his employees well.
Then I remembered why he doesn't work there anymore. He was fired after nearly 10 years working there. Why? Because he had a stroke and was in hospital for quite a while.
