I just started onboarding at a company and today received an offer (much better offer) from another that I interviewed with a few months back, which was previously a top choice of mine until they had to put hiring on hold briefly.
I would like to exit my current new role as gracefully as possible while also being aware of the fact that I signed an NDA and non compete. There shouldn't be a conflict despite being in the same industry, but I'm still concerned. I haven't really had access to any inside info at the new place, but my anxiety is getting the best of me. Advice?
