Got a pretty sweet story of karma at work
So I work in a home delivery section of a large furniture company.
I work alongside the person who is in charge of the area, and another bloke who works with me, we pick orders, sort the delivery trucks out that sort of thing
Anywho, I’ve been wanting out of the area for a while now, and lately worked up the courage to say that to management, given I have good standings with everyone, they had no issues with me going into another section of the warehouse from Monday. Yay
And here’s the fun part: The other guy, clearly wants out too, but doesn’t have the balls to say it, so he does next to fuck all. Lately, he has been bluntly and proudly just saying it to my face how he’s gonna offload the work onto me and handball tasks to me so that I take the responsibility and he just “fades into the background”
Little does he know, I’m out of there now and not coming back, and all the work now will fall on him.
