I’ve applied for 97,000 jobs via LinkedIn and Indeed. I’ve had 2 that had me fill out paperwork then ghosted me and haven’t responded after. One if for an employment agency so especially doesn’t make any sense. Why do recruiters reach out just to ghost? Especially if they have you fill out forms pre interview? This has happened several times lately.
