I never signed any paperwork when being hired other than my W4.
I’m getting mixed answers. Some say they simply can’t hold any money I’ve worked for. Others say they can because I technically owe them money.
I do not want to claim a single cent when filing my taxes that I didn’t receive payment for. And if this is a justified claim on my end, I’ll call the labor board on them for certain. There are a few other things they could get in trouble with as far as labor as well.
