It was a retail job, my time worked is not tracked on a computer, but part timers just write it on a piece of paper, that's what I was told and every part timer does it like that.
Now I admit I was not a great employee, I did no call/no show for me last 2 shifts because I was just so drained. But I did my work diligently. Anyways I had a sneaky suspicion my manager would try to fuck me over somehow
And that's what he did. I was promised a performance bonus, didn't get that, ok fair enough, but I didn't get paid for at least 25 hours of work. I'm so fucking sick and tired of this shit, being someone's punching bag and having to defend myself just to get what is legally mine.
So what can I do? Ofc there are records of be being at the store because I was using my employee account to log into the system etc…
BTW this is EU, not US, so different laws might apply
