Hi! I apologize if this is not in the correct subreddit, but I wanted to ask you guys thinking you may know the answer. I worked for this company for over a year getting paid a salary every two weeks. Instead of waiting till the pay period ended, I was let go after working only one week into the next pay period. If I am salary do I get paid for one week or my usual two-week salary? My ex-employer is saying I only get paid for one week, but I thought since I was a salaried employee I would be eligible for the full two weeks. Can someone help?
