Last straw. No longer going to pretend to be comfortable around someone who makes the whole room miserable.

I've been in touch with the union (for the first time), and my manager (not for the first time). If I have to work alone with a certain person (let's call them P) then I'm not staying in the same room. They say awful things, and there won't be anyone to vouch for me. They make and break rules, or just break them. They have tantrums until they get their way… I'm through with it! Not sure what conditions to set out though. If any. I'm not walking out on the job because there's something I want to take advantage of (and it's a temporary contract anyway – just past half way through). Plus, the job itself isn't too bad. It's just this person. My doctor would have no reservations about signing me off, though, because of this person. It's happened before. I could talk to him first, perhaps. I'm…
