Hi, I have been working a contract style design job for almost a year (work from home) and they are often late paying me. First it was 3 weeks instead of 2, then it became a month, and this last pay period it’s been over a month. My boss said he’d handle it but my check is still not here. I am looking for another job but it took me 6+ months to find this one so it’s not so easy.
So what I’m wondering is is there a point where I should tell them i refuse to continue working until I receive my check?
I have bills and rent to pay and it’s beyond fucking frustrating.
