So I started I stared laughing at a caller at my job today who was bitching about the most trivial thing, even though the service great and the way to resolve her issue was easy. But she continued to bitch about something I had no control over and instead of just answering meaningless her questions I just started to laugh and mock her and behaving sarcastically, because there was nothing else I could do for her. She was wanting me to bend down and apologize and be punished, instead I just started laughing at her. I eventually said there is nothing I can do about your crappy computer. I continued to laugh at her and she knew I knew that she was just bitching to be a bitch for no reason to watch me suffer. I swear I couldn't control my laughter. It felt great though. I don't think I'll get in trouble but we'll see next week.
