I work in Springfield, Missouri. The A/C is out in our office. It was 83 degrees in the the office yesterday and I spent my day doing physical labor and filling in at the office when it got busy. It’s going to be even hotter today.
A/C was suppose to be repaired yesterday but no one ever came. I’m curious if there are laws regarding this as I’m considering not going in today since it still isn’t fixed. I got so hot yesterday I became sick. I just don’t want not going in today to be held against me so I need some ammunition for my defense.
