So as the title says…my lazy coworker..let’s call her Agnus….makes more hourly wage than me. I was hired on a month before her. I work harder and the numbers reflect. My other coworker let’s call Paul….has been here 9 months longer than me and Agnus. Paul and I found out that she makes more than both of us. Paul and I had complained to our supervisor about Angus a couple times about how she puts in half the work and is constantly fucking up and doing shit wrong. It’s been “better” but she’s still lazy and honestly Paul and I have got to a point where we don’t care anymore. She’s only making herself look bad. Well Agnus was hired on to be in a different role and the roll was given to Paul because he has proven he’s more fit for that position. He’s currently training for it so he should get a merit increase once training is done. With all that said….it’s such bullshit and I want to bring it up to my supervisor and request for a raise but in the handbook discussing wages is grounds for dismissal. I make $16. Paul makes $16.55 and Agnus makes a whopping $17.35.
