I look around my office and see people doing nothing. For most of the day too, not an appropriate amount. On their phone. Online shopping. Socializing. And we’re at the same pay. Why don’t they get fired? Or why don’t I get a raise. All I’m rewarded with is work they should be doing. Constantly. Not the first job that has been like this. Management issue or do I just need to accept that everywhere is like this?
