This is the reason why I was trying to learn everything because if I ask her if I’m doing something correctly she says “oh I’ll just do it.” Also they are teaching this other new girl more stuff than me. I don’t know if the owner is gonna replace me or fire me. This was all because the actual manager treated me like trash from day 2 and that other girl. I almost quit and didn’t show up to work. Of course the owner knew. They barley teach me anything. I have to ask the only shift lead who will actually help me and care about how I’m doing the job. She’s the only one who teaches me new things that I should learn. Meanwhile everyone teaches the new girl. It’s not my fault that everyone decided to not like me. I was first harassed by the manger and singled out. She was trying to get me fired because I asked “too many questions”. Plus I had a condition that almost made me pass out on the first day.
I was dealing with trauma when I thought I lost someone close to me. I guess she figured I was lazy because I was walking slower and having to constantly use the bathroom. Then two weeks in because I didn’t give this guy all the attention to his flirting he got mad at me and threw an item at me. He teaches the new girl more than me. I don’t work with him but I wonder if he wants me gone. Then the time the other girl got the manager mad at by expecting me to know the wings station just like that and when I made one mistake she went and gossiped about me. The owner also doesn’t give me a lunch break WHEN I WORK 5 HOURS. Isn’t that ILLEGAL??!!!????!?!?!
