So I know this isn't going to be a big hit, it's really just another step towards trying to force my company to do the right thing. Plus fuck em. Everyone HATES working there but nobody wants to take action, they'd rather bitch. But I'd rather strike back at the company even if I have to do it myself and work towards unionization. They are VERY PR conscious and hate getting bad reviews. So I want to put them down to 1 star on Google. Leave a negative review and I'll leave one for yours?
Company: Toray Composites in Tacoma, Washington.
Please mention being understaffed and over worked and when mentioned to management they don't care. Also mention the very small amount of PTO and how management can do whatever they want but will fire you for having a family emergency and not having the PTO to cover it (they have done this). Low pay, terrible management, etc. Whatever you want to put. Or just put 1 star, I'd appreciate it too. It's not what is going to change the work place, but it'll make them feel uncomfortable and show the other workers that it's okay to start standing up.
