I plan on leaving the VA hospital. 2 of my coworkers on the floor and 2 of my supervisor are insufferable. They plan on retaining all 4. I need a new job as soon as possible. Any advice is appreciated. Supervisors don't know how to train or manage. One coworker said something awful. Other coworker tells my family when I call out of work.
