Everything on me. She makes me feel incompetent when I been with the company for 2 and half years. And the other day she allowed a customer to literally scream and get up in an employee face. Like, why does it have to get to the point? She didn’t even call security, cause she was scared of getting a bad review for the store. I never had so many panic attacks before work and since working at that location I have been having really dark thoughts.
But I hate the idea of being without a job for a few months and it gives me anxiety.
