I’ve been at this company for a year and a half. I recently got a promotion to a lead and I haven’t been in this position long so I have no experience. I’ve primarily been a closer but I needed to switch over to mornings. NOW they’re upset at me going over to mornings, and NOW I’m doing a bad job and NOW they’re going to cut my hours to give to someone else who’s “better”. I teared up and they criticized me for it saying I can’t take criticism. Thanks company. Y’all can go stick it.
