Shitty owner, toxic staff, everyone is miserable. Lots of backstabbing. Everyone out for themselves. No company events, meetings, celebrations, bonuses, benefits etc. a simple hello is like a death stare. Owner only talks about himself and his properties. Never asks how anyone is doing. Revolving door of sales people. Everyone who works there is in mid 60’s and hates their life. The highlight of the day, every day, is anti Donald Trump and Vaccines. Resigned after 8 years. Am I crazy ?
