State of Idaho. I found a ambiguous federal law stating you couldn’t record audio without consent, but I am wondering if there is anything at the state level that would circumvent this.
I work at specialty retail store and have worked there for 10 years. The owner has always lacked a moral compass. His decisions are purely motivated by money.
I am the manager of some high school kids so they definitely aren’t the hardest working people but I feel like as long as they are 50% efficient that’s appropriate to their age. The owners are stuck in 1950 and feel like I’m paying you money you should be working every single second of the work day!
