Can I hire someone in Upwork, Fiverr or whatever from a 3rd world country and have him do all my reports & 70% of my work for me, then I just handover the completed work to my manager or clients.
is it legal?? he wont be communicating directly to my company or using my e-mail access/passwords or anything to get sensitive information from the company system. Lets say I paid him 20-30% of my salary and kept on going with my WFH as usual, doing meetings & whatnot myself.. but most of the tedious work delegated like excels & daily status reports, would someone notice its not me doing the work, what could happen?? (I dont really care if I get fired from this job but I dont wanna get sued & stuff)
