Legit excuses to not being forced back to office after 3 years of remote work?

Hello, So after 3 years of fully remote work, my company wants workers to slowly return to offices, for now its 3 days office and 2 days of wfh, but most likely return to full office in few months. I heard some guys will keep full remote work due to some health issues, have kids, or live very far away. So are there any good excuses to keep working remotely? For example i heard a rumour that you can require high refresh monitors to not kill your eyes, or have some colon and liver problems that could be difficult to verify. Thanks for answers in advance
