Just venting. I was fired because they needed “someone more responsible” after I missed a shift. They’ve been copy pasting the schedule and with it being the beginning of a slow season the bosses “were working open to close” on said day I missed.
I understand I didn’t check in with them after not getting my schedule even though I should have.
Well I got my final pay without the vacation or termination pay. Emailed them twice radio silence. Should I go in and talk to them? Would that be wrong?
