Most jobs don't want to pay us what we're worth or even post a salary to take advantage of their potential workers. They say no one wants to work. Additionally it can be hard to get a job at a workplace that's actually worth being at. So I say, practice your resume, cover letter and interviewing skills by applying to as many jobs as possible. Get yourself hired, and don't show up. Tell em you don't work for minimum wage and ghost them. Tie up all their resources in scrambling to start the hiring process again. Maybe the losses they're forced to eat will change something. If you want to fix a problem, sometimes you gotta be a problem.
