So I work for a large gas station Chain. In a meeting today an employee brought up we should have baby changing station in the bathrooms, we have none in either bathroom. The manager said corporate says we can get sued if we have them and a baby falls off. I'm like what a scumbag excuse. If the station is up to code we aren't liable for accidents like this. Should I be as upset as I am they basically lied to us? In the meeting I said “wow what a scumbag company we work for” thinking of looking for an other job on principle.
