Lifting someone out of poverty is not only paying a living wage, but also giving a dignifying work. Work where the workers aren’t driven into mental or physical distress.

I'm so sick of people only struggling for living wages but don't give a damn about how much humiliation and harassment you get at work. I think we should also address the problems of the service industry, which is the main employer all over the world. People don't deserve to get yelled at, feel threatened, feel fear and mental stress at work. Quite the opposite, if you want me to give someone a good service, you have to give me the optimal conditions that make it easier for me to help, don't add obstacles to an already hard work.
