Local shop owner tracked a woman through digital payment and said his employees need the money since they don’t get paid enough

A few former employees have mentioned that the owner stalks everyone he feels slighted him, them included. This isn't new for him. Now that his behavior has been outed on social media people are talking about the bug problems, his open racism, and others are talking about they often never get the tips he claims they need.
