(long post) Asking advices for applying job’s red flags.

I've just finished an interview for junior programmer to a local corporate which I applied last week. And I think I've noticed several red flags during the interview. I'm here to ask you about those red flags because my working experience is quite short and to make sure I'm not just imagining things. Here are the things I think they are red flags Their salary system. They pay salary using KPI, which is perfectly fine for me if it uses personal KPI. But, iirc, they measure the KPI of the whole dept. (which has 6 sub divisions), and reduce the salary by percentage if that Department KPI does not measure up to the standard. The maximum percentage I heard from the interviewer (hr) is 50%. Even if she (the hr) told me that her salary haven't cut since the last December or there was only one time when her salary…

  • Their salary system.
Even if she (the hr) told me that her salary haven't cut since the last December or there was only one time when her salary was cut 50%, it still seems like bs to me.

  • Their Overtime System
When I asked them about overtime, she said they don't do or need overtime. EXCEPT, they have to work even during holiday when there are urgent works to be done.

  • Work from home status
This more like the hunch I get from their stand on work from home culture. They said they don't do work from home. Even during the covid first wave, they had to work on site. Work from home is only possible when the situation is really impossible to work on site. My hunch bases on this is: their leave system would be horrible too.

More details about salary cut,
If I got the job, I have to relocate to their city, which has the highest living cost in my whole country. Even the salary I am asking for just barely exceeds the living cost. If you are wondering why I'm asking for a salary this low, our IT industry is becoming shit hole after the coup (yes there is one happening one). And that's the maximum amount I can ask for as a junior programmer. If that salary would be cut further even tho I did my tasks perfectly, I'll be damned for that month.

So, please tell me if those things I mentioned I described are not red flags and I'm just over reacting.
thanks!
