There are several other red flags: the company is incredibly busy so they have been contacting a lot of people in my industry to apply (desperate) and I initially applied for the senior role (because it paid more) but was told this is a better fit. I suspect they’re paying less than what I’m on and that’s why the recruiter has gone quiet.
I’ve also been asked to develop a business plan for the interview. It will take me 3-4 hours to complete.
I’m leaving my current job due to burn out so I really want to avoid ending up in another overworked environment.
