“no one wants to work” but looking for a new job and no one wants to hire. On top of that, the applications for these jobs want information on things that are irrelevant. Like, why do you need to know the address, down to the apartment numbers, of my references??? I don't even know the addresses of my previous coworkers or managers. That's weird! I don't go to their houses! Or they want to know the previous salary of my last 5 jobs? WHY??? That goes all the way back to the early 2010s when the minimum wage was like $7 less than it is now! This is just a bit of a rant from frustration due to job hunting and not getting any call backs or being rejected within a few hours of applying. Starting to look at janitor and housekeeping jobs because I started my working life in those fields and I can't even get into those jobs either!
