Does anyone remember the post about being talked to about not being “warm”. I had a not so good Evaluation due to “behavior” nothing more from that I can only think of issues where I said I wouldn’t take on additional duties because it never reflects positive on myself & credit is given to others around me. I kept getting the “that’s how it is sometimes” but it’s not sometimes it is EVERY SINGLE TIME. I do all this work, get stressed over it & get a pat on the back while simultaneously getting screwed over & someone else awarded. I want to email the rater of my evaluation to ask clarifying questions so I can take this to HR because for the past 2 years I have felt targeted & this is my breaking point. I feel like they just want me to smile while going through the ringer. & since im not im getting punished
