So one of my coworkers is off for the next year. Work has asked me to cover their position (while doing mine) and offered me an extra 5k to do it. I said yes. I looked at the size of the files and did the math, a normal agent would make 35k doing this, where I agreed to do it onto of my work for an additional 5k….
Another agent had a simular offer a few years ago and was offered 10k on top of what their currently making and would only have to do the one position.
The other agents told me I was works only option, they all said of i leave so will they. I can do the work but it's going to be a shitty year and I don't think 5k is worth it. Can I get some advice and opinions on this? I'm going to meet with my boss Monday and discuss this.
