I currently work in texas and think that my employer is purposely shorting our checks. It’s gotten so bad our manager is making us check every payday and messaging what we should be paid because every pay period without fail there’s incorrect checks. I know they’ve tried to short an employee over $400 recently. This is a continuing problem and I contacted an old coworker who worked for them before over a year ago and they said even then everyone of her and her employees checks were short everytime. I want to report them to someone because this is not okay and they need to be held responsible but I’m not sure who to report them to.
